Our client, a leading media company, is expanding its reach in Palm Beach County. They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to develop relationships with local businesses and drive growth through print and digital advertising.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, networking, referrals, and professional events 
  • Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings to understand business goals and present tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing deals and nurturing partnerships 
  • Sell integrated advertising campaigns, including print magazines, Facebook & Google Display, and website placements
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and meet sponsorship and performance targets
  • Maintain client relationships through check-ins, upselling, and professional networking

Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic
  • Proven experience in B2B or media sales with demonstrated quota achievement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building, organizational, analytical, and CRM management abilities
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Confident, empathetic, professional, and results-focused
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Commission potential: $52,485.00 - $83,000.00 per year uncapped
  • Bonuses: Significant start-up incentives
  • Year One Earnings: $50,000 to $100,000 with full-time effort.
  • Year Two Earnings: $150,000 to $250,000+.
  • Schedule: Flexible, remote-first with Monday–Friday workweek—no evenings or weekends required.
