About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and enhancing the company’s market presence in the Building Repair and Maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and opportunities for expansion.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Proposal Development: Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to prepare compelling proposals and bids that meet client needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
