Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team in West Palm Beach. This position is ideal for attorneys with 3–5 years of litigation experience. You will handle cases from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from initial filing through resolution.
- Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
- Develop litigation strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.
- Prepare for and participate in trials when necessary.
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court.
- Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Florida.
- 3–5 years of litigation experience in personal injury.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
