Optimum RTS is currently seeking Dental Assistants  in West Palm Beach, Florida. This vital role supports both clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth, effective, and compassionate patient care under the supervision of the Dentist/Medical Director.

About the Role:
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll be responsible for assisting during a variety of treatment procedures and maintaining a safe and organized clinical environment. You’ll also support front-office functions such as scheduling, charting, and insurance documentation. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and skilled in both technical and administrative aspects of dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during treatments and procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and welcome patients

• Take and record vital signs and medical histories

• Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols

• Take, develop, and process radiographs

• Order and manage dental supplies and equipment

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

• Maintain accurate patient records and charts

• Support front office duties, including scheduling and billing

• Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

• Participate in agency fundraising events as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in dental assisting preferred

• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to patient care and confidentiality
