Join the Palm Beach North Chamber Young Professionals for Developing the Leader Within You, an inspiring luncheon focused on leadership, professional growth, and meaningful connections.

Connect with fellow young professionals from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. before our program begins at noon. Enjoy lunch while our panel of three accomplished leaders shares their experiences, insights, and practical advice for growing your career and leadership skills. 

The afternoon's conversation will be moderated by Ricardo Gonzalez, Chair of the Young Professionals Council. Whether you're looking to expand your network, gain valuable leadership insights, or build meaningful connections with peers from across the Palm Beach North region, this luncheon is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

Meet the Panel:  

 
Corey Saban of CSMediaWorks

Corey Saban is a communications strategist, media coach, and Emmy-nominated former TV journalist who helps leaders communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact. He advises executives, public figures, and organizations on messaging, media readiness, and reputation management.



Shana Ostrovitz, Executive Director, 1909 Foundation 

Shana is the Executive Director of the 1909 Foundation, a nonprofit supporting entrepreneurs and innovators in Palm Beach County. An entrepreneur herself, she has helped grow a startup from $10 million to $100 million and co-founded a company to support local small business owners. At 1909, Shana helps founders across industries access the resources, community, and mentorship they need to grow. Under her leadership, 1909 has become a recognized entrepreneurship hub, supporting businesses that generate more than $156 million and create over 300 local jobs. She is also a runner, new mom, and mentor.



Clint Lowe, Director of Global Engineering Transformation and Footprint Strategy at Carrier Corporation

Clint Lowe is a veteran, aviator, and engineering leader with a career rooted in service and transformation. A former U.S. Army Captain and UH-60 Blackhawk MEDEVAC pilot, Clint served 14 years in the military, including a deployment to Afghanistan where he earned the Air Medal. He now serves as Director of Global Engineering Transformation and Footprint Strategy at Carrier Corporation, bringing mission-focused leadership to global engineering initiatives.

Business Development/Marketing, REG Architects
Ricardo Gonzalez III represents the third generation at REG Architects, an award-winning, family-owned firm in West Palm Beach. He leads business development and marketing, helping grow the firm’s work across historic preservation, civic, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use projects. A Florida Atlantic University graduate and former public insurance adjuster, Ricardo brings strong insight into Florida’s construction and insurance landscape.


This event is open to all! You do not need to be a Young Professional to attend.
 
Event Cancellation Policy:
A notice of cancellation must be received by e-mail within 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event. NO verbal cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations under 48 hours prior to the event, will NOT receive event credit in order to solidify attendance numbers with the event venue. All cancellation notices received BEFORE 48 hours (2 business days) prior to the event will be given an event credit of equal value. Event credits will be applied upon request and are good for up to 1 year from the purchase date. There are NO REFUNDS. 		 NOTE:
Premier Events (ArtiGras Tickets / Loggerhead Triathlon Registrations) and Special Events (The Leadership Awards Dinner / Holiday Mixer / Business 2 Baseball / Golf Classic) do not qualify for an event credit upon cancellation.
