\nShana is the Executive Director of the 1909 Foundation\, a nonprofit supporting entrepreneurs and innovators in Palm Beach County. An entrepreneur herself\, she has helped grow a startup from $10 million to $100 million and co-founded a company to support local small business owners. At 1909\, Shana helps founders across industries access the resources\, community\, and mentorship they need to grow. Under her leadership\, 1909 has become a recognized entrepreneurship hub\, supporting businesses that generate more than $156 million and create over 300 local jobs. She is also a runner\, new mom\, and mentor.

\nClint Lowe is a veteran\, aviator\, and engineering leader with a career rooted in service and transformation. A former U.S. Army Captain and UH-60 Blackhawk MEDEVAC pilot\, Clint served 14 years in the military\, including a deployment to Afghanistan where he earned the Air Medal. He now serves as Director of Global Engineering Transformation and Footprint Strategy at Carrier Corporation\, bringing mission-focused leadership to global engineering initiatives.
