Your Happy Workplace, founded in 2019 by Work Culture Strategist and Florida native, Wendy Conrad, celebrates 2 years in business this month.
What is a Work Culture Strategist and why is investing in the culture of your business is important?
“Every organization has a work culture,” Wendy says, “but not every organization pays attention to it.”
Wendy explains culture is even more important now that many businesses are being affected by The Great Resignation, also known as the Big Quit, which is the mass exodus of many from the workforce in response to the pandemic.
“I started Your Happy Workplace in 2019 to help businesses create work cultures that are better for everyone,” Wendy says, adding, “Now that many businesses may be losing more people, improving work culture is a fantastic way to be competitive in today’s job market.”
Wendy’s motivator for doing this work goes far deeper than job market stats and bottom lines.
“I consider myself a value-based business that loves helping other value-based businesses. It’s my vision to make the world a better place, one work culture at a time,” explains Wendy, whose business is based in Port Saint Lucie and works with clients nationwide.
How will Your Happy Workplace be celebrating this milestone?
“I’m doing a pop-up virtual open house on Thursday 9/23 for anyone who wants to attend. There will be a guided tour of the YHW website, trivia, and prizes,” answers Wendy.
