Armstrong’s vast community, civic and volunteer positions include roles with the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, Florida Realtors, Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, among other organizations. Nunes is a second-generation Realtor and South Florida native who specializes in luxury real estate sales and marketing. She has led the Illustrated Properties luxury marketing effort as Director of Luxury Sales since 2017 and has been an integral part of the leadership team since 2013.
In January 2024, she facilitated the refresh of the nearly 50-year-old Illustrated Properties brand and has helped the brokerage articulate their value in an ever-changing real estate landscape. Her connections with Christie's International Real Estate, Luxury Portfolio International and Forbes Global Properties give her a keen understanding of global trends influencing the clientele that move in this market. She leverages this knowledge to consistently market the team and position your property where luxury buyers and sellers are.
The Legacy Group’s current offerings include the $16 million exclusive listing of a 4.35-acre property with significant development potential in Riviera Beach. Armstrong and Nunes are the listing agents.
