Chef Mike Andrzejewski Takes Judges’ Award, Chef Van Nguyen Wins People’s Choice in Round 3 of Culinary Clash

Lake Park, FL — The kitchens of Culinary Studio roared with energy on Monday, September 29, 2025, as Round 3 of Culinary Clash: Palm Beach Edition delivered another evening of bold flavors and community impact. With three chefs competing on behalf of local charities, the stakes were high as both judges and guests cast their votes.

Chef Mike Andrzejewski of The Rest of the Fish captured the Judges’ Award, wowing the panel with handmade seafood gyoza, a masterfully cooked Wagyu beef with roast celeriac and vegetable tian, and a decadent Oceana Coffee affogato featuring tonka bean gelato and honey tuile. He cooked in support of the Robert Irvine Foundation.

The audience crowned Chef Van Nguyen of Poshie Noshie as the People’s Choice Award Winner, after savoring her pork char siu & wild mushroom vol-au-vent, crispy-skinned Peking duck with layered potato pavé and soy-sesame glazed mushrooms, and her playful dessert duo of strawberry-yuzu granita and tiramisu pavlova. Chef Van competed on behalf of 1901.

Chef Isael Alvarez of Paradise Tavern impressed with a vibrant tuna tartare, pork belly mole with guajillo chile and pepitas, and a rich chocolate tres leches layered with Oceana Coffee and coconut meringue. His charity partner was Hipsters.

The event was fueled not only by culinary artistry but also by generosity, as spirited bidding and donations flowed through the silent auction and cash call. Thus far, Culinary Clash has raised more than $4,000 for the charity that will be paired with the winning chef of the Grand Finale. Proceeds from all four rounds will be combined and awarded at the October 30 event.

“Round 3 chefs brought an incredible mix of elegance, creativity, and heart,” said Amy Angelo, Partner at Culinary Studio. “We’re thrilled to see the passion for food matched by the passion for giving back.”
