Journey 333 Fitness Announces Business 2 Business FitBiz Challenge
 
(North Palm Beach, Florida) – The first Florida franchise of Journey 333 Fitness, which recently opened in Crystal Cove Plaza at 1201 US-1 in North Palm Beach, is challenging local businesses to join in a New Year’s fitness challenge with a $1,000 grand prize and the chance to be the local community’s first FitBiz Challenge Champion.
 
The first annual “FitBiz Challenge” kicks off January 11 and runs through Febuary 1, 2021.  Teams of three to five employees can sign up for only $21 each.  Current Journey Fitness members may participate for free in exchange for recruiting at least one non-member for the challenge. The deadline to register for the challenge is Wednesday, January 6, 2021. 
 
All participants receive a full Fast Track assessment, unlimited workouts at the new studio, nutritional counseling, motivation, accountability and unlimited and enthusiastic support from the expert Journey coaches.
 
Teams receive points for working out at least three times a week at any class time (either individually or together), submitting completed weekly food journals and social media postings.  The greatest number of points are counted for weight loss percentages.  The team with the most total points at the end of the 21-day challenge becomes the FitBiz Challenge Champion.  The top individual winner, who demonstrates the most dramatic fitness transformation over an eight-week extended challenge, receives a lifetime membership.  The first place team receives a $1,000 prize and the title of the FitBiz Challenge Champion.  Second and third prize winning teams receive “Journey Bucks,” which can be used toward any merchandise or membership at Journey.

The Journey 333 Fitness studio is practicing extreme cleanliness protocols; therefore, registration for all classes is recommended. Class sizes are being limited for the protection of all guests and clients. In addition, the studio is equipped with a Halo air purifying system that kills 99% of all airborne and surface bacteria, germs and  and viruses.  Masks are required for all visitors upon entry but optional during the workout and hand sanitizer is available throughout the facility.
 
The fitness classes, which are taught by highly trained fitness experts, include a wide variety of functional full body exercises, designed to accommodate all levels of ability.  The 45-minute session is a fast-paced, guided routine that is challenging and fun. The trainers provide individual guidance, high-energy motivation and accomodatations as needed.
