| NAI/Merin Hunter Codman Announces 2023 Broker of the Year -- Lesley Sheinberg wins her fifth Broker of the Year award from top South Florida commercial real estate firm, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman -- West Palm Beach, FL – NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., one of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate brokerage and investment firms, is pleased to announce that Managing Director, Lesley Sheinberg has been named its 2023 Broker of the Year. This prestigious title is awarded to the top NAI/Merin Hunter Codman broker who outperformed peers, displayed unparalleled market knowledge and expertise, exceeds client expectations, actively participates in industry and community involvement, and exhibits strong leadership, teamwork, and ethical standards. This is the fifth Broker of the Year award for Ms. Sheinberg, a well-recognized office sales and leasing broker representing both landlords and tenants with a strong expertise in medical clients and properties. In addition, she has had significant experience in retail and industrial markets throughout Florida and has used her affiliation with NAI Global’s broad network to assist her clients throughout the United States. In 2023 Ms. Sheinberg completed nearly 60 transactions representing over 250,000 square feet totaling more than $33.3 million in transaction value. Over the course of her career with the firm, Ms. Sheinberg has completed over 2,250,000 square feet of leasing and disposition transactions totaling in excess of $235 million in transaction volume. When Ms. Sheinberg isn’t busy representing some of the regions’ most prestigious owners, investors, and tenants, she is mentoring new commercial real estate brokers, working closely with the Palm Beach County Medical Society’s Circle of Friends, and serving on the Board of the Ferd & Gladys Alpert Jewish Family Services of Palm Beach County. As a former dancer and proud supporter of the arts, one of Lesley’s most inspiring accomplishments was her appointment as Treasurer of the Executive Committee of the BAK Middle School of the Arts (MSOA) Foundation where she serves as a Director on the Board.
