Education and Civic Leader Alexandria Ayala to Spearhead Community Engagement for The Markarian Group
PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL January 11, 2020 – Today, prominent South Florida law firm The Markarian Group announced local education and civic leader Alexandria Ayala as its Director of Communications & Community Engagement, continuing the practice’s longstanding commitment to improving the quality of life for area residents.
Ayala, the first Hispanic woman to serve on the Palm Beach County School Board, brings a decade of experience in community advocacy, government and legislative affairs.

Alexandria Ayala is a member of various organizations throughout Palm Beach County including, New Leaders Council, Hispanic Education Coalition of Palm Beach County, the Anti-Defamation League’s Glass Leadership Institute, and the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches.
The Puerto Rican native was raised in Palm Springs, Florida, where she attended three Palm Beach County public schools before graduating from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in journalism studies.
