Compass Credit Union is looking for a motivated Branch Manager (Retail Banking / Credit Union) to help members with their financial needs while building strong relationships and providing excellent service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for team members who want to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Assists executive management with long and short-term branch planning by developing and implementing new sales plans. Ensure Company dashboard goals are met.
• Helps develop and implement operational plans, policies, procedures, and goals that further strategic objectives.
• Ensure branch auditing procedures are effectively conducted and deficiencies are corrected. Required reports and records are accurate and timely.
• Ensures branch operations are completed in accordance with established Company procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitors branch budgets and business performance.  Manages and oversees expenses.  Pursues cost-saving measures.
• Ensures services are sold and delivered in accordance with established standards and procedures and the integrity and quality of all programs are maintained.
• Provides leadership to branch personnel through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication.  Conduct staff meetings on a regular basis.
• Ensure branch personnel are well trained, effective, and optimally used.  Instructs personnel regarding policy, procedure, and program changes.
• Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concerns.
• Ensures branch activities are well coordinated with total company operations.
• Stays informed of developments and trends in financial policies and related laws and regulations. Achieve operational excellence by ensuring staff comply with the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, Fair Lending regulations, and other state and federal regulations.
