Our Client, a multi-practice law firm, is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join their growing team in the Palm Beach Gardens office. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, demonstrable customer service background, exceptional problem-solving skills and is comfortable working in a detail-oriented and a dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm.
  • Answer and screen calls/emails from prospective clients
  • Assist prospective clients by collecting information, answering questions, and relaying messages
  • Schedule appointments and assist clients with electronic signatures
  • Create accurate and detailed intake summaries
  • Input key client and intake data into the firm's database
  • Work with dedicated attorneys and management to ensure a best-in-class client experience
  • Ability to provide excellent client service by communicating clearly and professionally
  • Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly team goals as they pertain to client service metrics
  • Additional duties, as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative or call center experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills/TEAM WORK
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
Skills:
  • Stable, verifiable employment history
  • Demonstrable and verifiable sales ability
  • Punctuality and attention to detail are a must
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to deal with a high volume of calls
  • Previous experience in a law office (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with phone call handling/routing
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales and customer service experience
