- Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm.
- Answer and screen calls/emails from prospective clients
- Assist prospective clients by collecting information, answering questions, and relaying messages
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with electronic signatures
- Create accurate and detailed intake summaries
- Input key client and intake data into the firm's database
- Work with dedicated attorneys and management to ensure a best-in-class client experience
- Ability to provide excellent client service by communicating clearly and professionally
- Ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly team goals as they pertain to client service metrics
- Additional duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative or call center experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills/TEAM WORK
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills:
- Stable, verifiable employment history
- Demonstrable and verifiable sales ability
- Punctuality and attention to detail are a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to deal with a high volume of calls
- Previous experience in a law office (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with phone call handling/routing
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Sales and customer service experience
