This event is open to current, past, and prospective participants of the Women in Business Council Mentorship Academy, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery. Whether you’re exploring the program for the first time, considering applying, or returning as an alum or mentor, this is your opportunity to learn more and get connected.

The Women in Business Council (WIBC) is dedicated to creating meaningful education, connection, and support for women at every stage of their professional journey. The 2026 WIBC Mentorship Academy, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery, is designed for women who are navigating career growth, transitions, or new challenges in business or leadership.

Through the program, each mentee is thoughtfully paired with an experienced mentor who provides one-on-one guidance, encouragement, and accountability. Together, mentor and mentee work toward clear, actionable goals that support both personal and professional growth.

Women who are current or future members of the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce and identify with at least two of the following:

• Women business owners

• Young professionals or women early in their careers

• Women reentering the workforce

• Women seeking career advancement

• Women leaders in the nonprofit sector
