Event Description:
The Wild Dolphin Project, a local nonprofit dolphin research organization studying the behavior and communication of dolphins in the wild, hosts their 2nd annual fundraiser event, Wild Ocean Science. This unique event will feature a presentation from National Geographic photographer, Brian Skerry and will be hosted by PBS Newshour journalist Miles O'Brien. Research Director and Founder of The Wild Dolphin Project, Dr. Denise Herzing, will be available for book signing and photos. Light refreshments will be served and raffle prizes includes large metal prints, gift certificates and other great prizes.
