Event Description:
The Women in Business Council is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for Women in Business. WIBC MentorshipBootcamp, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally. The three-month Bootcamp will offer one-on-one mentorship paired with a virtual classroom with a focus on Leadership. Upon the completion of the course, participants will have gained valuable knowledge and skills to advance their careers while building a network of personal and professional contacts.

Holly Griffin Goodman
A shareholder at Gunster, Holly Griffin Goodman focuses her practice on counseling clients in everyday employment matters. Starting with the hiring process through discipline and termination, Holly’s goal is to help businesses manage their employees and balance the interests of the business with obligations under employment laws.
Julia Dattolo, President and CEO, CareerSource Palm Beach County A retired Navy Commander who served in the United States Navy Nurse Corps and Nurse Corps Reserves for 22 years. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire and her Master’s degree from UCLA. A Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist, Julia specialized in cardiac and pulmonary intensive care during both her Navy and civilian careers. Upon retirement, Julia redirected her life to focus on her children and then returned to the workforce and a career to assisting disabled war veterans find suitable employment through managing the Veterans Employment unit at CareerSource Palm Beach County. Currently Julia is on the Executive Board of Directors of the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund and is the CEO/President of CareerSource Palm Beach County. She and her husband Dr. Robert Dattolo, also a former Commander and Naval flight surgeon, have been married for 30 years and have two children. They reside in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.
WIBC MentorshipBootcamp, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery Upon the completion of the course, participants will have gained valuable knowledge and skills to advance their careers while building a network of personal and professional contacts.

Identify career inhibitors in her life and work
Create a strategy to overcome the various career inhibitors
Help her develop leadership skills for advancing her career
Acquire concrete, technical, computer and presentation skills to either re-enter the workforce or build her business skills
Instill confidence and provide a business support network
Help her reach their fullest potential
WHO can participate?
Woman member (or future member) of the PBNCC must have at least 2 of the below:
Women-owned business
Younger Woman/Young Professional beginning her career or business
WIBC Mission Statement To promote networking and education for professional women and women entrepreneurs while highlighting the women leaders in the community. WIBC Vision Statement The forum is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for women in business.
