Event Description:
Gather among friends and members of African Orphan Educational Foundation in a casual environment to write letters of encouragement to orphans and vulnerable students in Uganda and Kenya.
Blank note cards, stationery, pens, colored pencils and stickers will be provided. Student names and ages will be supplied. We offer suggested content for those who suffer from writer's block. Just add a few uplifting words of your own, doodle a bit, add stickers and a splash of color and you're done!
Letters will be distributed by our African teams in both nations in the weeks ahead.
When you write letters of encouragement to youth in the villages and informal settlements we serve, you make an impact that lasts a lifetime, and perhaps beyond.
