Photo Release Policy:
By attending this event, you hereby give the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, their assigns, licenses, and legal representatives the irrevocable right to use, at no cost, your name (or any fictional name), picture, portrait, photograph, visual, and/or voice recording and likeness, in all forms and media and all manners, including photo, film, audio, video, and all social media representations, for nonprofit, public or educational purposes, and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith, and any claim or right to compensation for such use.

Event Cancellation Policy:
A notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours (two business days) before the event. NO verbal cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not receive event credit, as this helps the event venue solidify attendance numbers. All cancellation notices received 48 hours (2 business days) or more before the event will be given an event credit of equal value. Event credits will be applied upon request and are suitable for up to 1 year from the purchase date. There are NO REFUNDS. 
NOTE:
Premier Events (ArtiGras Tickets / Loggerhead Triathlon Registrations) and Special Events (The Leadership Awards Dinner, Holiday Mixer, Business 2 Baseball, and Golf Classic) do not qualify for an event credit upon cancellation. Contributions or gifts to the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
