New York-based Fitness Concept to Open First Florida Franchise

Journey 333 Fitness to Bring Personalized Exercise, Nutrition, Community Approach to North Palm Beach

(North Palm Beach, Florida) -- Labeling herself as the most “unlikely” fitness center owner, Neiman Marcus Human Resources Executive and self-proclaimed yo-yo dieter Lianne Deitch believes being the first Florida franchisee of Journey 333 Fitness is the smartest decision of her life. The unique fitness facility is scheduled to open at Crystal Cove Plaza at 1201 US-1 in North Palm Beach this Fall.

“Most people think I’m insane opening up a new facility in the midst of a pandemic and in an already crowded industry,” she admits. “However, I’ve personally tried every diet and every fitness concept available, and I know that nothing like this exists in Florida.”

The Journey 333 Fitness difference, according to Deitch, is a core culture where all the coaches know each member by name and support of their unique goals through personalized plans, guidance in nutrition and motivational encouragement throughout the fitness journey.

“Most gyms want you to sign up and never show up,” she explains. “We call those ‘sleeping giants’ and at Journey Fitness those aren’t allowed.  We will call you, knock on your door, do whatever it takes to make sure you follow through with your fitness plan.”

Starting today, Founding Memberships are available on social media or at www.LoveYourFitnessJourney.com. Early enrollers will enjoy a variety of fun virtual activities, including drawings for free one-year memberships and other giveaways.

The 333 in the Journey name refers the multifaceted approach to fitness that includes exercise, help building healthy habits and a supportive community.  “Everything works together so you will look better, feel better and live better,” explained Deitch, who added that she experienced a similar concept when she lived in Las Vegas but failed to find anything like it in Florida.  When she met Travis and Cyndy Barnes, the creators of the concept, she knew she had to be part of the business.

“Their passion for making fitness fun for everyone combined with an intense focus on delivering an exceptional experience -- from the moment you walk through the door -- is like nothing else I’ve ever seen in the industry,” said Deitch.  “I had to be part of it.”

She says she expects to hire an estimated 10 fitness instructors and other staff during the first year of operations. She also plans to become an integral part of the surrounding neighborhood. Ultimately, she hopes to open at least four additional locations throughout Florida.

Journey 333 Fitness currently operates four New York locations in Horseheads, Corning, Sayre and Ithaca and one in Columbia City, Indiana.
