Job Description
Law firm looking to hire Front Desk Coordinator for a full-time position.
 
This position handles the telephone, greets visitors, inputs data, application of payments to software, scanning, handling the mail in and out of the office, manages multiple files and coordinates the calendar.  Candidate needs to possess strong organizational skills, be comfortable following a systematic procedure and be consistently accurate in work product as all are crucial to success in this position.  Candidate should have a friendly, professional demeanor and be able to clearly communicate with others as this position interacts with both the public and the internal practice team on a daily basis.
 
Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft 2010 and comfortable using software to schedule appointments.  Knowledge of Practice Panther and/or familiarity with billing and calendar software a plus but not required. Work experience with references in a similar field is preferred but not required.  Starting salary is $12.00 per hour but can increase based on current experience level.  Benefits begin after the successful completion of a 90-day probationary period. Main office location – Jupiter, Florida.
