We are an award-winning Managed Service Provider located in downtown Lake Worth, FL. We are seeking a dynamic Systems Administrator who will work closely with our Managed Services team to support our clients and data center infrastructure. We are looking for a new team member with a friendly demeanor and at least some business experience in the I.T. industry.

We are a Microsoft partner, using 80% Microsoft products including Exchange, AD, Windows Servers and workstations, IIS, SQL Server and SharePoint. We also work with Apple technologies, VMWare, and various mobile devices. We manage our clients’ networks using SolarWinds N-Able and ConnectWise.
 
Requirements
The Network/Systems Administrator is expected to provide services with a high level of competency and independence, demonstrating experience and ability in multiple disciplines within the field. The right candidate will be comfortable working with clients, internal networks, software and hardware vendors. The right candidate must also be detail-oriented and must enjoy technology and learning.
 
The Network/System Administrator will be part of a team responsible for handling support tickets and communicating directly with users who need technical assistance in a friendly manner. The position requires acquisition of strong technical skills in the following areas:
 
Windows 10, Active Directory including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Mobile Device Management (MDM), network printers, wireless access points, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Windows Server 2012 R2 and up, Firewalls (Sophos preferred), Site to Site and Remote Access VPN, Switches (Netgear, Cisco, HP), Backup Technologies (Datto preferred StorageCraft, etc.), and VMware vSphere.
 
Desired familiarity with the following:
  • SolarWinds N-Able
  • ConnectWise
  • Office 365
  • SharePoint Online
  • Datto
 
Desired Attributes to Achieve Success:
The candidate must possess excellent customer service, planning, problem-solving, goal setting, quality and time management skills. Undergraduate degree from a four-year college preferred, but not required. At least some relevant work experience with a track record of help desk and networking support. Understanding of hardware and software (PC’s, laptops, printers, Microsoft Office, Current Windows Desktop and Server OS, etc). Ability to troubleshoot client issues in a timely manner. Networking or Microsoft Server related certification is a plus. Previous MSP or consulting experience is desired.

Travel
Our clients are primarily concentrated in Palm Beach County. However, our local client base does extend from Miami to Stuart. Some local travel is required during office hours to client sites and we reimburse for mileage. The ideal candidate would also be open to periodic travel to Daytona and Sebring, as well as outside of the state to support the Porsche Motorsport racing team.
