DESCRIPTION:The Town of Lake Park is proud to partner with the Tree of Life Foundation International Resource Center and Dedicated Senior Medical Center to host a Senior Resource Giveaway Drive-up Event on Friday\, October 23. The event will be held from 8:00 am to 10:00 am at the Lake Park Public Library\, located at 529 Park Avenue in Lake Park.\n\n Pre-registration is required and is limited to 100 individuals. Participants will receive a resource bag filled with such items as soap\, shampoo\, toothpaste\, toilet paper\, laundry detergent\, household cleaners\, etc. To register\, contact Kelly Vance at 561-290-9617.\n\n "We understand that these are difficult times for everyone\, especially for seniors. Food banks are doing a wonderful job helping our community\, but we know some seniors need more. We are excited to be able to provide additional assistance through this event\," said Town Manager John D'Agostino.\n\n No early admittance or walk-ups will be accepted. To reduce traffic congestion and to keep everyone safe\, registrants are asked to come during their distribution window (which will be provided at registration) and remain in their cars.\n\n The Tree of Life International Resource Center assists the local community in need.
