DESCRIPTION:We're all under quarantine\, but that doesn't mean we have to stop moving! Thanks to our members in the gym/fitness industry\, we will be sharing virtual workout classes each Friday at 12:45 p.m. \n\n\n\nJoin us each Friday this month for a fun\, energetic 45 minute fitness class. Taught by local certified instructors from an award winning boutique fitness club. \n\n\n\nFriday\, May 29:\n\n\n\nCardio sculpt plus abs with Aylin Ryan\n\nCardio sculpt plus abs combines strength\, cardio and ab work. It is done as a circuit where you start with 3 minutes of sculpting exercises\, then perform 2 minutes of high intensity cardio and end with 1 minute of ab work. Exercises will change throughout the rounds to target all muscle groups. Light to medium weights are needed for some sculpting exercises plus a mat for floor work. All exercises can be modified to suit individual needs. Be sure to maximize your fat burning potential with these high intensity intervals while increasing your strength. \n\n\n\nThis Series in May is generously sponsored by Loggerhead Fitness.
