Event Description:
Join us for the 3rd Annual Palm Beach North Valor and Community Service Awards to be given to First Responder honorees within Palm Beach North. The selected award recipients will be honored at a cocktail reception and awards ceremony on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at the Eissey Campus Theatre at Palm Beach State College.
The Valor Award will be awarded to first responders who demonstrate exceptional courage above and beyond the call of duty, regardless of personal safety, in order to save another person's life or protect them from harm.
The Community Service Award will be awarded to first responders who have given back to their community by selflessly volunteering their time to a non-profit agency, organization, community group or project that benefits the community within the boundaries of Palm Beach North.
The Call of the Year Award recognizes one outstanding call from a Fire/Rescue department and one outstanding call from a Police Department.
