Sheri Resnick is founder and president of Working Gears LLC, a human resources consulting firm that provides counsel to small and midsized organizations and specializes in the areas of employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, training, policy writing, recruiting, compensation, organizational structure, personnel records retention, and benefits.

She is a member of Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, serves as a board member of the HR Association of Palm Beach County and has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management for many years. Sheri is an accredited Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute and holds a SHRM-CP credential from the Society for Human Resources Management. Sheri is a trained Mediator having completed the Supreme Court of Florida Certified Civil Mediation Training Program. Sheri earned a bachelor?s degree in psychology from the State University of New York.
