The Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Advisory Council presents it's quarterly seminar with guest speaker, Jonathan Knaus, Certified Business Coach and Corporate Trainer. 
 
Being a highly skilled and versatile communicator is vital in  today?s marketplace for success. Key to this is the ability to understand different behavioral styles and to learn how to adapt to build solid and positive relationships with both internal and external customers. In this workshop, you will learn how to identify and apply four communication styles, improve interpersonal communication with prospects and customers, and boost your sales and increase your bottom line.
