Pilates/Rollology Class

The Pilates and foam rolling class will be taught by Alyson Limehouse who has taught hundreds of people over her career. She currently teaches on Palm Beach and does private classes throughout the area. Along with being a certified Pilates teacher and owner operator of her own Sunset Pilates business for many years, she began teaching foam roller group classes in 2009. She also certifies rollology instructors. Her class at Manatee Lagoon will offer a combination of both Pilates and rollology. Join us for pilates classes against the beautiful calming backdrop of Lake Worth Lagoon. Age limit is 21 years and up.
