Event Description:
Join the River Center on Tuesday, December 19th for our upcoming Home School Workshop! Our December workshop will take place at the Loxahatchee River District’s Wastewater Treatment Facility for a tour of the plant and a discussion of the process of creating irrigation water. Don’t miss out on this behind the scenes tour! This program is designed for children ages 13-17 and registration is required to attend. Registered participants are asked to bring a water bottle, wear closed toed shoes and comfortable clothing. Registered participants are to meet outside the Busch Wildlife Welcome Center.
