The Women in Business Council is dedicated to offering education and networking opportunities for Women in Business. WIBC Mentorship Bootcamp, Presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery, is an opportunity for women facing challenges affecting their career or business to grow personally and professionally.  The three-month Bootcamp will offer one-on-one mentorship paired with a virtual classroom in three main focus areas: Public Speaking, Budgeting, and Goal Setting.

Upon the completion of the course, participants will have gained valuable knowledge and skills to advance their careers while building a network of personal and professional contacts.

Budgeting for Beginners, Presented by Ann Inesedy, VP, Business Banker, Palm Beach Gardens Branch of First Citizens Bank

Every dollar you earn can only be spent one way.  This section of the program will focus on the importance of budgeting for financial success.  Participants will learn the basics of how to create a budget and financial goals, understand the difference between wants and needs, and increase your money management skills.

Ann InesedySpeaker: Ann Inesedy, VP Business Banker, First Citizens Bank: Ann has been with First Citizens Bank since 2011 and serves as Vice President, Business Banker for the South Florida market. 
As a banking professional, Ann assists south Florida businesses with their lending and financial needs for over 28 years providing “concierge business services”.   Ann specializes in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, assisting medical professionals; family owned businesses and owner occupied real estate businesses.

A resident of North Palm Beach for over 25 years, Ann has devoted herself to her family, her community and her career in banking.  Ann is a graduate of Northwood University and is married to Danis.  They have two children, Jarret and Jessica. 

In the community, Ann is involved with many organizations including Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Advisory Council, Executives’ Association of the Palm Beaches, The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), CCIM and Business Development Board of Palm Beach County.

Ann spends time giving back to non-profits.  She is involved with the Academy of Finance at Dwyer High School, of which, Jarret is a 2016 alumni. Ann also spends time volunteering for The Lord’s Place and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

WHY a WIBC Mentorship Bootcamp Program?
To offer growth and support to a female businessperson.  We will:
  1. Identify career inhibitors in her life and work
  2. Create a strategy to overcome the various career inhibitors
  3. Help her develop leadership skills for advancing her career
  4. Acquire concrete, technical, computer and presentation skills to either re-enter the workforce or build her business skills
  5. Instill confidence and provide a business support network
  6. Help her reach their fullest potential
WHO can participate?
  • Woman member (or future member) of the PBNCC must have at least 2 of the below:
  • Women-owned business
  • Younger Woman/Young Professional beginning her career or business
  • Women reentering the workforce
  • Women wanting to advance her career
  • Women leaders working in the nonprofit sector
